Vegan Powdered Sugar Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegan butter melted
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar (monkfruit)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix the almond milk, melted vegan butter, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Then, mix in the all purpose flour until combined, be careful not to over mix.
  • Using a spoon, spoon the batter into greased silicon donut molds. Bake for 13-15 minutes until the donuts are golden. Remove from the oven, remove from the donut molds, and allow to cool.
  • After about 5 - 10 minutes, toss the donuts in powdered sugar and enjoy!
