Bring a pot of water to boil.
Cook your pasta of choice.
Drain pasta into a colander and set aside some of the cooking water.
In the same pot, saute oil and onions.
Pour in almond milk & stir.
Add in your cheese ad stir consistantly until all melted.
Add in nutriitonal yeast and stir until combined.
Add the pasta into the cheeesy mixture and fold.
Add in 1.5 tbsp of flour and stir.
Depending on your desired mac and cheese consistency, you may want to add more flour or cooking water to make it thicker and thinner.
Sprinkle with vegan shredded cheddar cheese and enjoy!
