Vegan Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup pecan flour
  • 3/4 cup gluten free flour

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and line. A baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a large bowl, beat together the coconut oil, coconut sugar, butter, and vanilla extract
  • Sift in cocoa powder , flour, baking powder and sea salt
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes
  •  Let them cool and dig in
