Vegan Cinnamon Apple Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unssweetened apple sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup metled vegan butter (earth balance)
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375
  • Mix your applesauce, butter, vanilla, maple syrup, almond butter and almond milk. Add baking powder , cinnamon, and baking soda. Mix well
  • Add the oat flour and mix until combine. Pour the batter in a 9x5 loaf pan that has been sprayed with baking spray
  • Bake for about 30-40 min depending on the type of loaf you want. I did 32 and it came sooooo moist
  • To make sure it is done, put a toothpick in it. Top it with cinnamon cream cheese icing or anything you want !!
