Vegan Cinnamon Apple Bread

metled vegan butter
(earth balance)

maple syrup

almond butter

oat flour

baking powder

baking soda
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375
Mix your applesauce, butter, vanilla, maple syrup, almond butter and almond milk. Add baking powder , cinnamon, and baking soda. Mix well
Add the oat flour and mix until combine. Pour the batter in a 9x5 loaf pan that has been sprayed with baking spray
Bake for about 30-40 min depending on the type of loaf you want. I did 32 and it came sooooo moist
To make sure it is done, put a toothpick in it. Top it with cinnamon cream cheese icing or anything you want !!
