Vegan Chocolate Fudge Loaf

coconut oil

unsweetened almond milk

cashew butter or almond butter

unsweetened cocoa powder

regular flour

baking powder

Vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350F
Combine your wet ingredients in a medium bowl. Add your powders and lightly mix.
Next add your nut butterr. Combine well. Make sure there are no lumps.
Cook for about 35 minutes. Stick a toothpick in and make sure it comes out clean.
Let your loaf sit and cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into it ( hard I know)
Cut and enjoy!
Notes
Can use oat flour insteadĀ
To keep this recipe with as few ingredients as possible get rid of your salt, vanilla extract, and use 1 type of flourĀ
