Vegan Chocolate Fudge Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 3/4 cup regular flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350F
  • Combine your wet ingredients in a medium bowl. Add your powders and lightly mix.
  • Next add your nut butterr. Combine well. Make sure there are no lumps.
  • Cook for about 35 minutes. Stick a toothpick in and make sure it comes out clean.
  • Let your loaf sit and cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into it ( hard I know)
  • Cut and enjoy!

Notes

  • Can use oat flour insteadĀ 
  • To keep this recipe with as few ingredients as possible get rid of your salt, vanilla extract, and use 1 type of flourĀ
