In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sweetener.
Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla to the bowl and mix together to form a mostly smooth, slightly thick pancake batter. Do not over mix.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Heat a greased skillet over medium-high heat and drop ΒΌ cup of batter down for each pancake.
Serve and top your pancakes to your liking!
