Superfood Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup monkfruit sweetener (powdered sugar)
  • 1/3 cup nut pods creamer
  • 1 cup Quaker OAts
  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Organifi

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Mix all your wet ingredients together. Then add your sugar and blend.
  • Next, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Spray your muffin tins and pour your batter about 3/4 of the way in
  • Bake for 18 minutes! Stick a toothpick in then to make sure they are completely done !!
