Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
Add in your chocolate morsels & marshamllows
Press graham crackers to the bottom of the pan. Top with your cookie dough and make sure it is spread out evenly. Top with additional marshmallows if desired.
Bake at 350˚F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Cover with foil if cookie dough browns faster than center bakes.
Remove bars from the oven and ad your Hershey bar pieces on top. Allow to cool for 20-30 minutes. This will help you be able to cut your bars without it falling apart.
