Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until well combined and slightly frothy.
Add the softened butter to the bowl and mix until creamy and fully incorporated.
Gradually add the vanilla protein powder, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Mix until all the ingredients are combined and a dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set. The cookies will be soft when taken out of the oven but will firm up as they cool.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
