Paleo Chocolate Coconut Donuts

Ingredients

cup
pumpkin puree
1/4
cup
unsweetened applesauce
1/4
cup
honey
1/4
cup
buttermilk
1/4
tsp
vanilla
1/4
cup
milk
2
tbsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
baking soda
1
tbsp
cornstarch
2
tbsp
ground flaxseed
1/4
cup
cocoa powder
1/3
cup
spelt flour
1/4-1/2
cup
white chocolate
unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375F
In a small bowl mix in your wet ingredients
Slowly add in your dry ingredients. Mix until incorporated
Grease your donut pans and scoop the batter into the pan
Bake for 10 minutes
Makes about 6 donuts
Once the donuts have cooled, dip them in the melted white chocolate and roll them into the coconut lakes ( placed in a separate bowl)
