Bob's Red Mill Paleo Baking Powder

baking soda

of salt

eggs

cup
canola oil or coconut oil
3/4
cup
honey or maple syrup (Choc-zero is a fave of mine)
1/3
cup
of water
1/2-1
cup
add-ins (chocolate morsels, walnuts)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Grease a standard muffin pan
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside
In a large bowl whisk together eggs, canola oil, honey or maple syrup, and water
Add flour mixture and mix thoroughly
Stir in add-ins
Spoon batter into a greased muffin pan
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
