Line a medium loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl combine your nut butter with maple syrup and vanilla extract. Add in the almond flour and salt. Stir until combined and add in your choc chips.
Press cookie dough into your pan. Place in freezer for about 10 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips and cashew butter in a small saucepan over low heat until completely melted.
Remove your pan from the freezer and pour your melted chocolate over the cookie dough. Place in the fridge or freezer to set. I prefer the fridge because it will be smoother and easier to bite into
