No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup liquid coconut oil
  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1.5 cups Nestle Tollhouse chocolate

Instructions

  • Put the coconut oil, honey & shredded coconut in a large bowl and combine
  • Transfer the coconut mixture into a parchment-lined 8 x8 baking pan. Refrigerate for about 10 mins.
  • In a double boiler melt your chocolate chips
  • Pour the chocolate over the coconut mixture and spread evenly
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes
  • Cut into squares and store in the refrigerator
