Crush your chex in a plastic bag and then pour into a large bowl.
Mix the peanut butter, crushed chex, and powdered sugar together until fully combined.
Scoop the mixture into bite sized balls.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave until smooth
Dip your muddy buddy truffles into the melted chocolate and place them on the parchment paper. Place them in the fridge for about 20 -30 minutes.
Roll each ball in your powdered sugar to coat and enjoy!
