Kitchen Sink Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup red & green M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles 

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, cream your butter and sugars together. Then add the eggs and vanilla in. Beat until combined.
  • Then add in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.
  • Add in the M&M's, white chocolate chips, pretzel pieces, and sprinkles. Gently fold in with a spatula until everything is combined.
  • Scoop cookies onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  • Allow to cool a few minutes on the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
