Keto Parmesan & Garlic Linguine Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Palmini pasta
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Drain your pasta and run under water. Next place it into your pan
  • Stir in butter, cream, garlic, salt, pepper and cheese until butter and cheese start to melt and create a sauce. If it is too thick add a tbsp or 2 of water
  • Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly. Pour onto serving platter and top with fresh parsley and more grated cheese.
