Keto Devil's Food Cake Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup butter 1 stick
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coconut. flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup Windrose can use other low carb sweetener
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 1 1/3 fat packet cream cheeese(8oz)
  • 3 tbsp Wondrose sweetener
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp unsweetened almond milk adding more almond milk makes the frosting thinner

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the melted vegan butter, sugar, vanilla, almond milk, cocoa, baking soda, and baking powder.
  • Then, mix in the flour.
  • Bake on 375 for about 40-50 minutes (eevry oven is diffeent) . While baking, use a whisk or hand mixer to mix your frosting ingredients!
  • Once the loaf is done, allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes and then spread the frosting over it. Enjoy!
