Keto Cinnamon Loaf

Cream Cheese Frosting

packet of cream cheese

cinnamon

tbsp
sugar-free sweetener (stevia, Windrose)

unsweetened almond milk

ChocZero Keto Maple Syrup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
In a small bowl, mix the eggs, vanilla extract, sticky sweetener, and applesauce. Pour into the dry mixture.
Mix well untilĀ a batter is formedĀ
Get a loaf pan and line with parchment paper. Transfer the batter into the pan
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving it or putting on the frosting!
Cream Cheese Frosting
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together with an electric mixer.

can use 1/2 cup coconut flour
can use 3 eggs
