High Protein Pizza Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parm
  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  • Mix the base: In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  • Layer the dip: Spread the Greek yogurt mixture into a serving dish or oven-safe skillet.
  • Add sauce & toppings: Spread the pizza sauce evenly on top, then sprinkle with chopped pepperoni and a little extra mozzarella if desired.
  • Warm it up (optional): If you prefer a warm dip, bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes or microwave for 1-2 minutes until melty.
