Preheat the oven to 400F
Line a 10 x 15 pan with aluminum foil and lightly grease
Place saltine crackers on a cookie sheet
Melt the butter and sugar in a sauce pan over medium heat
Once the butter is melted bring to a boil for 3 minutes while stirring constantly
Pour the mixture over the crackers and spread evenly
Bake for 5 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes
Add the chocolate to a bowl and microwave for 1 minute intervals, stirring after each minute
Spoon chocolate over cracker and spread evenly
Top with sprinkles and other toppings! Let it sit in the fridge for about 20 minutes or more to harden. Enjoy!
