Funfetti Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp wondrose sugar (add with 1/4 tsp of water )
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles (can use keto sprinkles)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until combined
  • Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt to bowl
  • Whisk until combined
  • Fold the sprinkle to batter
  • Microwave for 1 minute!!
  • *You can test stevia and other keto sugars if you like or use 1/4 sticky sweetener instead
