Preheat oven to 350F and prepare an 8×8 baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Add all of the ingredients, with the exception of the chocolate chips, in a medium bowl and mix until creamy and smooth.
Pour batter into your prepared baking panand sprinkle with chocolate chips. Also have the option to add chocolate chips to the batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
