Five Ingredient Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 level scoopsof vanilla protein powder (Nuzest)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Optional :

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar or lakanto sugar free sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Like. a loaf pan. with parchment paper and gently pour your batter in
  • You can sprinkle the top with crushed almonds or cinnamon for flavor/ texture
  • Bak for 40 - 45 minutes (mine was done in 40)
  • Let it cool a bit and get ready to eat or make some frosting!! I sued some almonkd milk and Lakanto powdered sugar
