Easy Tofu Stir Fry

Course: Breakfast, Dinner, Lunch

Ingredients

  • 1 pack extra firm tofu
  • 1 bag veggie and stir fry kit
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • seasonings

Instructions

  • In a skillet , warm up some olive oil and add your tofu cubes to your skillet. Add a little bit of onion and garlic powder, dash of salt and some pepper.
  • If you want them a bit crispier try and flip them to brown all sides. If you don’t have that much patience like me. Just gently shuffle them across the pan to cook all sides
  • In another pan, add some oil and pour your veggie mix (mine had cabbage, broccoli, and snap crisps)
  • When those are cooked toss in your tofu and add your sauce.
  • You can keep it plain and just add more salt, oil and garlic powder or add soy sauce to your dish.
