In a skillet , warm up some olive oil and add your tofu cubes to your skillet. Add a little bit of onion and garlic powder, dash of salt and some pepper.
If you want them a bit crispier try and flip them to brown all sides. If you don’t have that much patience like me. Just gently shuffle them across the pan to cook all sides
In another pan, add some oil and pour your veggie mix (mine had cabbage, broccoli, and snap crisps)
When those are cooked toss in your tofu and add your sauce.
You can keep it plain and just add more salt, oil and garlic powder or add soy sauce to your dish.
