  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cups white chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, cookie butter, and coconut sugar until well combined.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the salt, baking powder, and all-purpose flour.

  • Fold in the white chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the dough.
  • Press the dough into the prepared baking pan, ensuring it's spread out evenly.
  • Press the dough into the prepared baking pan, ensuring it's spread out evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. (24 minutes was perfect for me)
  • Allow the bars to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, slice into bars and indulge in the heavenly flavors of cookie butter and white chocolate.
