Cinnamon Maple Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Keto Mylk cinnamon roll or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, add your wet ingredients and stir. Next, add your dry ingredients and combine well.
  • Pour your batter into your loaf pan and place into the oven.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes sout clean.
