Chocolate Crunch Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops collagen
  • 1 cup sunflower butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup monkfruit sweetener (lakanto)
  • 1/2 cup Semi Sweet Morsles (Lily's Sweets)
  • chunks of chocoalte bar for top of loaf
  • Undercover Snacks for crumbling on top (or inside)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Mix eveyrthing intto a medium bowl and combine with a wooden spoon or spatula
  • Slowly add in your chocolate morsels until well incorparated
  • Line your loaf pan with parchment paper and pour your batter inside. Top with some more choocoalte chunks and some Undercoversnacks. Add the rest once it come out of the oven
  • Bake for 30 minutes
