These Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes are the perfect single serving for your breakfast!

In a medium bowl mix all of your ingredients until smooth.
Spoon one scoop of the pancake batter onto a preheated and greased pan. Cook the pancakes over medium heat until the bottom side turns a golden brown and bubbles start to form on the surface. Using a spatula, carefully flip the pancakes and continue cooking until the other side achieves a beautiful golden color.
