Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars [Paleo + Vegan]

(1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water)

creamy cashew butter

coconut sugar

cup
unsweetened almond milk

baking powder

almond flour

cup
coconut flour
3/4
cup
chocolate morsels or chunks
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and one loaf pan with parchment paper.
Make your flax in a bowl. Add your sugar, nut butter, and milk. Stir until smooth.
Pour in your almond & coconut flour until fully combined. Mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips then bake for about 20-25 minutes
Let the bars cool for a bit and then cut! enjoy!
