Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars [Paleo + Vegan]

Ingredients

  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water)
  • 1/2 cup creamy cashew butter
  • 2/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3/4 cup chocolate morsels or chunks

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and one loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Make your flax in a bowl. Add your sugar, nut butter, and milk. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour in your almond & coconut flour until fully combined. Mix well.
  • Fold in chocolate chips then bake for about 20-25 minutes
  • Let the bars cool for a bit and then cut! enjoy!
