Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a small loaf pan with parchent paper
In a medium bowl, mix together cashew butter, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract
Add in flours, coconut sugar, and baking soda. Fold in the chocolate chips
Transfer to baking pan and spread evenly. Add extra chocolate chips on top
Bake for 20-25 minutes! Allow to cool for 5 minutes before moving to a baking rack.
