Chocolate Almond Oat Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 cup flax seeds
  • 1/5 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup oats flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl add all of your ingredient except chocolate. Mix until combined and soft.
  • Next add in your mini chocolate morsels and disperse evenly.
  • Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and press your bars into the pan.
  • Let them sit in the fridge for an hour or two and then cut into rectangles. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days!
