Cake Batter Bars [Vegan & Gluten Free]

Ingredients

  • 1 flax egg
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 scoop Vega caramel protein powdeer
  • 1 cup almond flour ( I did 1/2 almond 1/2 cup coconunt floir)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl whisk together the almond milk, oil, vanilla extract, and flax egg. Add your sugar to the mix.
  • Then add the flour, baking powder, and protein powder .
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Stir in some sprinkles, pour the batter into the 8x8 dish, top with more sprinkles, & bake for 15-20 minutes! {Let cool before cutting slices]
