Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.
In a medium bowl whisk together the almond milk, oil, vanilla extract, and flax egg. Add your sugar to the mix.
Then add the flour, baking powder, and protein powder .
Stir until well combined.
Stir in some sprinkles, pour the batter into the 8x8 dish, top with more sprinkles, & bake for 15-20 minutes! {Let cool before cutting slices]
