Breakfast Oatmeal Cookies
Dairy-Free | Low Sugar | Gluten-Free
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tbsp Wondrose sugar
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups quick oats
Preheat the oven to 350F
In a bowl mix together coconut oil, almond milk, sugar
Whisk in eggs
Stir in cashew butter until combined
Combine flour, cinnamon, and baking soda in a separate bowl and then pour into the wet ingredients
Add in oats and stir until combined
Roll dough in balls and place on a baking sheet
Bake for 8 mins
Let sit on a cooling rack for about 5 mins
