Avocado Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 150z can of chickpeas
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1/8 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp water if needed

Instructions

  • First dice your garlic 
  • Then add everything else to a food processor! Blend and pulse until creamy
  • Dip with some crackers 🤩🤩🤩
