What Makes these Single Serve Cookies Vegan?
To make these cookies vegan I used flax eggs instead of eggs for the binding agent and vegan butter instead of regular butter.
Here’s what we got:

Ingredients for the Single Serve Peanut Butter Cookie:
- ground flaxseed (I use this brand)
- water
- vegan butter
- Brown sugar
- sugar (I use this brand because there is less sugar than regular sugar)
- vanilla extract (this an affordable one on Amazon)
- peanut butter
- all-purpose flour (I use this brand)
- baking soda

- almond milk
- all-purpose flour

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond milk
- 6 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine all of your ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Bake at 350F for 12 minutes
Vegan Single Serve Peanut Butter Cookie
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 5 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 tbsp baking sod
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake the cookie for about 12 minutes. Let it cool for 10
