How to Make a Mug Cake
Making a mug cake is SO. MUCH. FUN. and this Vegan Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake is no exception. All you need is a few minutes and you got yourself a great snack or breakfast!
First thing you need to do is get yourself a medium/ large mug or small bowl. Make sure that these bowls can be microwaved. Now let’s get baking!!
MIX
First spray your mug with cooking spray or rub coconut oil on it.
Then place all of your ingredients into your mug and use a fork to mix. I started off with the dry ingredients and then added my wet.
Tip: If you want your mug to be clean, I would mix everything in a separate bowl and then transfer.
BAKE
I like making mug cakes quickly, so all you need is 3-4 minutes in the microwave!
EAT
Before eating, stick a toothpick in your cake and make sure it comes out clean. If it does titme to dig in!
