Anything apple has my heart! It is necessary you make this moist and flavorful easy Vegan Cinnamon Apple Bread! Packed with flavor and unsweetened applesauce + just the right amount of cinnamon and maple syrup.  This healthy cinnamon. Apple bread is something your whole family will enjoy !!

Apple Season is the Best Season

The fall is always a good time for apple picking with loved ones, and enjoying fresh apples on the regular. However, if you don’t have apples no worries ! 

This particular recipe does no require actual apples, which is a such a time saver!! 

It is simple, scrumptious and I. Bet your fam is truly going to love it!!

Here is what you will need to get started

Ingredients: 

  • Unsweetened apple sauce
  • Vanilla extract
  • Melted Vegan butter ( I used Earth Balance )
  • Maple syrup
  • Almond butter
  • Cinnamon 
  • Oat flour (my favorite is this one) 
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda

How to Store This Vegan Cinnamon Apple Bread

Store apple bread in an air-tight container or Ziploc with a piece of paper towel on the bottom to absorb the moisture!  Store at room temperature on counter for up to 3 days and in the fridge up to 5!  

How to Freeze Cinnamon Apple Bread

If you want to freeze your apple bread, make sure i is completely cool.  Then, tightly wrap it in Saran Wrap and once more with a piece of thin foil. Make sure. There is not too much air around the bread!  

I also like to get a piece of tape and write the recipe and the date so I know! This will last in the freezer for up to 3 months!

How to Thaw Cinnamon Apple Bread

It is pretty simple to thaw this bread!  Take it out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature on the counter until fully thawed! Do not refreeze!!

Toppings for Cinnamon Apple Bread 

Honestly, this bread was super delis and moist on it’s own. I couldn’t get enough of it! 

But if you want to jazz it up I recommend the following:

  • Cream cheese icing 
  • Butter
  • Jam
  • Honey
  • Peanut butter

Vegan Cinnamon Apple Bread

Course: Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unssweetened apple sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup metled vegan butter (earth balance)
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375
  • Mix your applesauce, butter, vanilla, maple syrup, almond butter and almond milk. Add baking powder , cinnamon, and baking soda. Mix well
  • Add the oat flour and mix until combine. Pour the batter in a 9×5 loaf pan that has been sprayed with baking spray
  • Bake for about 30-40 min depending on the type of loaf you want. I did 32 and it came sooooo moist
  • To make sure it is done, put a toothpick in it. Top it with cinnamon cream cheese icing or anything you want !!
