This Vegan Chocolate Fudge loaf does not contain any butter, cow milk, or eggs and is a delicious, dense cake that is perfect for dessert.
Whenever I hear that people don’t like chocolate I die a little on the inside. The first question I want to ask is How can you not like chocolate ???
The betrayal I feel is unreal and one I have a hard time wrapping my head around haha. If you can’t tell by now, I am pretty much a chocoholic. Although I love a classic chocolate loaf, this Vegan Chocolate Fudge Loaf truly changed the game for me!
This cake is beyond moist and delicious, I couldn’t stop eating it!! The first day I made this I immediately cut a slice. I am very very bad at waiting for things to cool down before trying them… the struggle is very real. But for real, please wait, or else your cake will fall apart when trying to cut.
Can we take a moment to stare and drool at those gorgeous slices below * insert drool emoji here*.
Tips & Tricks
- Chocolate chips: I highly recommend using semi-sweet dark chocolate chips. They are not super sweet and go well with this recipe
- All-purpose flour: I recommend using all-purpose flour instead of other flours like millet, coconut, or spelt.
- Chocolate: The more chocolate the merrier! Melting chocolate and pouring it in your batter is a game changer!!
