When I was younger my mom would buy the @pillsbury biscuits to make quickly in the morning before we headed off to school. I was obsessed. Basically, I haven’t met a biscuit I haven’t liked and these Vegan Almond Flour Biscuits are no exception! They are vegan, gluten-free, and so dense!

Variations for Low Carb Biscuits with Almond Flour

You can get super creative with these biscuits so it makes it even more fun!

Add some rosemary and garlic to them for an awesome savory flavor

Add some Italian seasoning and some cheese to these low carb biscuit and add it as a side to your dinner.

Want these Vegan Almond Flour Biscuits for breakfast? Top them off with butter or even drizzle some maple syrup on them.

Throw in some garlic or onion powder to make I super savory.

How to make these Vegan Almond Flour Biscuits

These Almond Flour Biscuits are super easy to make so you are in luck! All you gotta do is combine your ingredients and mix well.

Then line a pan with parchment paper and using a cookie scoop or a big spoon make uniform biscuits that will cook evenly.

Super easy! You can make these every week!

How to Store these Vegan Biscuits

You can make a bunch of these and keep them on your counter for a few days or up to a week in the fridge.

You can even bulk batch and freeze them. Just take them out and let them thaw for a bit. You can warm them up in the oven or microwave.

Vegan Almond Flour Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter
  • 2 tsp sugar free sugar
  • 3/4 cup dairy-free milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Stir in the ingredients together in a large bowl until. Dough forms.
  • Scoop dough on sheet. Make them big enough to almost fill out your pam (or 3 tbsp)
  • Bake for 17-20 or until biscuit have risen and are browned slightly
