These delicious almond flour sugar cookies are paleo-friendly and low carb.

If you are wondering about the texture, I am proud to tell you they are super soft, especially right out of the oven! Totally a dream come true!

Best part is, it doesn’t even have to be your birthday to make these Sugar Free Sugar Cookies. All you have to do is change your sprinkles if you want!

Ingredients for these Sugar Free Sugar Cookies:

This recipe is SUPER easy and only requires a handful of ingredients! You may even have all of these ingredients in your pantry already!

  • egg
  • almond flour
  • Purecane zero calorie sweetener
  • vanilla extract
  • baking powder
  • cashew butter

Notes: You can substitute any nut butter for the cashew butter. You can also use coconut sugar or real sugar if you do not have that type on hand

What you need to know:

Can I substitute the almond flour?

I have not tested subbing out the almond flour, I would not change it out.

Can I freeze these Sugar Frree Sugar Cookies?

YES YES YES! Of course, you can! Make sure the cookie has cooled completely before storing them in a freezer-friendly container.

How Do I Make It?

This is super simple. All you gotta do is just add all of your ingredients to a bowl and start combining with your spoon. Add your sprinkles last and then roll into balls and place on your baking pan for the oven.

Sugar Free Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup purecane zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350F. Mix all of your ingredients together.
  • Roll into balls and flatten slightly with hands on parchment lined baking sheet.
