2-Ingredient Chocolate Chickpea Bark
Ingredients
  • 1.5cups dairy free chocolate chips
  • 1cup chickpeasrinsed
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400F
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
  3. Pat down your chickpeas to make sure they are dry
  4. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until the chickpeas are crispy
  5. Melt chocolate in the microwave with a little coconut oil
  6. In a large bowl, combine your chickpeas and chocolate. Pour it onto a lined baking tray and add to your freezer for about an hour
  7. Break apart and enjoy
