Ingredients explained
Why Collagen Peptides?
Collagen peptides are a great addition to any snack or meal, as they provide a variety of health benefits. Collagen is a protein that is found naturally in the body, and is responsible for providing structure to our skin, bones, and connective tissue. As we age, our bodies produce less collagen, which can lead to wrinkles, joint pain, and other issues.
By adding collagen peptides to your diet, you can help to support your body’s natural collagen production, which can improve the health and appearance of your skin, hair, and nails, as well as support joint health and reduce inflammation.
Why Natural Peanut Butter?
When making these bites, it is important to use a natural peanut butter that contains only peanuts and salt, as other types of peanut butter can contain added sugars and unhealthy fats. Natural peanut butter is a great source of protein and healthy fats, which can help to keep you feeling full and satisfied.
Why Coconut Flour?
Coconut flour is a great alternative to traditional flour, as it is gluten-free and low in carbohydrates. It is also high in fiber, which can help to support digestive health and keep you feeling full. Additionally, coconut flour is rich in healthy fats, which can help to reduce inflammation and support heart health.
