How to Make Funfetti Donuts

These paleo donuts couldn’t be easier to make! Start by greasing your donut pans with a little coconut oil.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt.

In a separate bowl mix your wet ingredients. Pour with your dry ingredients.

Using a spoon or gallon-size plastic bag, add your batter to the donut pan.

Tips and Tricks

  • If you’re okay with dairy, go for your favorite butter in the donut or for your frosting.
  • Go wild with sprinkles! There are so many sprinkles to choose from. Have fun with it and switch it up depending on the occasion.
  • For an easy simple “frosting” you can use your favorite dairy-free yogurt. Or you can use regular frosting.
  • I have used both non-stick donut pans and these silicone donut pans. Both work amazing! Just make sure to grease the pan before adding the batter!
