Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup granola butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Crumble Topping
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- In a medium bowl add your wet ingredients. Mix well.
- Add in your cinnamon and nutmeg. Then add your flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Pour your batter into your muffin tins and set aside.
- In a small bowl make your muffin toppings and distribute evenly on each muffin.
