So I actually never had chai tea before, until my fiance introduced me to it. I was shook that my life I had gone without ever trying it! So when Coconut Cloud reached out to me and asked I try their product, I was super excited! I couldn’t wait to experiment with a flavor I never incorporated before!
Paleo Chai Tea Latte Cookies Ingredients
Be ready to whip up a batch of cookies whenever the mood strikes by keeping the following ingredients on-hand in your kitchen:
- Coconut flour
- Almond flour
- Coconut Cloud’s Chai Tea Latte Mix
- Vanilla extract
- Coconut Sugar
- Coconut Oil
What are Chai Spices?
Today I used Coconut Cloud’s Chai Tea latte mixture (you can find on Amazon here)
But here’s how you can make homemade chai spice. It is DIVINE!
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
- Cardamom
- Cloves

How Long Will These Paleo Chai Tea Latte Cookies Last?
After you bake them, store these cookies at room temperature in a container with a lid. You can use a glass container with a lid!
They can last up to a week, but if you don’t cover them up with a lid, expect your cookies to get a little dry.

Chai Tea Latte Cookies [Chocolate Chip]
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut Cloud Chai Tea Latte Mix
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup small chocolate morsels OPTIONAL
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, add in egg, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. (Make sure your coconut oil is cool!)
- Next add in almond flour, coconut flour, chai tea latte mix and baking soda. Mix well to combine and form a dough. Fold in chocolate morsels.
- Use a cookie scoop or large tablespoon to drop dough onto ungreased baking sheet or parchment paper. Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until edges are slightly golden brown. (11 minutes worked fine for me)
