Are you a s’mores fan but don’t have a fire-pit to make your own this summer? Luckily for you, I have created an easy and safe alternative that you can do right in your home with your kiddos! These Mini S’mores Pies are delicious, perfect for the whole family to enjoy and you don’t have to go camping to make them!
These mini s’mores pies are the perfect size to share with someone or eat all by yourself with a glass of milk!
I love me a good old fashioned gooey, s’mores sandwich made by the campfire, but I do not have a campfire and do not particularly love getting eaten alive by bugs outside.
If you are looking for an alternative to the classic s’mores sandwhich, this is a super easy recipe to try. It is less messy, served with a spoon and you do not have to worry about getting burned by fire.
Mini S’mores Pies Ingredients
- Brownie mix
- Graham cracker crusts
- Mini marshmallows
- Chocolate chips
Substitutions and Variations
- S’mores Pie – Make a full size pie using one 9-inch pre-made graham cracker crust.
- Chocolate bars – Use chocolate Hershey bars to give it that classic s’mores taste!
- Large marshmallows – cut large marshmallow in half, sticky side down
- Chocolate–filled marshmallow – make it a 2 ingredient recipe and fill your graham cracker pies with these stuffed puffs
Tips
- Do not fill the cup too high with brownie batter. This may cause it to overflow or the brownie batter will overpower the marshmallows.
- Don’t be shy with the marshmallows!
