Ingredients for Microwave Funfetti Mug Cake
- an egg
- unsalted butter (refined coconut oil is also a good option)
- keto sweetener – I used Wondrose but you can use whatever you prefer.(For non-keto option, use honey, maple syrup, coconut nectar or another sticky sweetener!)
- vanilla extract
- coconut flour – for all you coconut lovers out there
- baking powder

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles (can use keto sprinkles)
Instructions
