Palmini Pasta.

You can find them right here on Amazon and get them delivered straight to your door. I don’t think it could get much easier than that. Palmini is a low carb alternative made out of Hearts of Palm. When this nutritious plant is cut and cooked in the proper way, you’ll hardly notice the difference!

Cheesy Keto Linguine Ingredients

This pasta dish comes together in under 10 minutes with just 6 simple ingredients and makes the best comfort food for you and your family! Start by gathering the following:

  • Palmini Pasta
  • Land O Lakes Salted Butter
  • Heavy Cream
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Minced garlic
  • Peper
  • salt to taste

Pro Tip: If you love things spicier, add 1 -2 tablespoons of hot sauce. If you want just. a little bit I would add 1/2 tablespoon to your pasta mixture.

The key to reheating this is adding a hint of moisture (milk works great) since the noodles continue to absorb moisture even after it’s originally cooked. Heat up slowly and the texture will remain amazing.

Oven Directions

If you want or have time to reheat your Cheesy Keto Linguine in the oven add a tbsp of milk or more depending on how much you are reheating. Stir thoroughly before covering it and placing it in the oven.

Keto Parmesan & Garlic Linguine Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Palmini pasta
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Drain your pasta and run under water. Next place it into your pan
  • Stir in butter, cream, garlic, salt, pepper and cheese until butter and cheese start to melt and create a sauce. If it is too thick add a tbsp or 2 of water
  • Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly. Pour onto serving platter and top with fresh parsley and more grated cheese.
