Delicious Healthy Coffee Cake
You are going to love this healthy, low carb coffee cake that is sweetened with Lakanto’s Monkfruit Baking Sweetener. I think it has to be my favorite thus far. It doesn’t seem to have as MUCH of a cooling effect as some others. You can find yours here on Amazon.

- Ground cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
- Baking soda

Crumb Topping

- Optional – Chopped walnuts
Glaze

- Almond milk
This Keto Coffee Cake is one of my favorites because it is packed with protein, but can still be passed off as a dessert or snack. It’s just sweet enough without being too much!
