What is a Cookie Croissant?

Funfetti Cookie Croissants Ingredients
You can simplify this recipe and use store bought cookie dough instead of making your own. But this recipe is a special one. The cookie dough is a no bake recipe that you can eat if you have any leftover. Let’s get into what you need
- Croissants – I got premade ones from the store
- All-purpose flour – heat treat flour to kill any bacteria
- Granulated sugar & light brown sugar: the combo of the two gives it that classic flavor
- Unsalted butter: salted butter can work, but you need to adjust the amount of salt
- Vanilla extract: this provides for the best flavor
- Milk: this will help ad moisture to the cookie dough since there are no eggs
- Sprinkles: this makes the recipe!
Tips and Tricks:
- Don’t overstuff the cookie croissants with dough. It may not bake evenly.
- Have fun and experiment with different cookie dough flavors and add-ins to customize your cookie croissants to your liking.
